After up to 4 minutes the system should be controllable again Plug out the Gateway for 10s and plug it in again. Please delete the data from the Lightify App (Phone Settings >Apps > Lightify > Storage > Delete Data). Please deactivate the Wi-Fi connection on your phone for some seconds and enable it again If you are still not able to find your Gateway in the list, please delete the Lightify App. Go to Settings > Tap on Apps & Notifications Enable Location Permission for Lightify app Go to Settings > Privacy > “Location Services” Please make sure that Lightify is allowed to access the “local network” (Phone Settings > Lightify > enable “Local Network”) Please select your Gateway from the list below “Gateways found in your Wi-Fi:” Logout from the app and tap on the back button to get to the landing page.Ĥ. ![]() Install the latest Lightify App and open itĢ.
